A hand-carved Asian mirror. Made of a dark mahogany wood frame adorned with ornate relief carvings along the upper panel. The top section showcases two floral lattice panels flanking a central carved figure, likely representing a traditional deity or noble figure, all finished in rich tones of red, gold, and green. Blending decorative symbolism and craftsmanship, the mirror embodies classical East Asian design and spiritual motifs, likely dating to the mid-20th century. Ideal for eclectic or antique-inspired interiors, it adds cultural character and artisanal charm.
Provenance: From the collection of Northwood University in Midland, Michigan; proceeds of the sale will go towards the University’s endowment. Dimensions: 25.5”h x 15.5”w x 1”d. In very good vintage condition. Full condition reports are available upon request.

We ship world-wide and quote through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GPX, and with multiple domestic and international freight shipping companies to get you the best price on delivery, and we offer free pick-up for anyone who wants to handle their own delivery.
In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
