Hand signed in pencil on the bottom right with an annotation of 221/325 on the bottom left. Published circa 1950s. A whimsical composition of a female figure posing in an elegant black dress standing next to flowers, fruit, and cocktails. Philippe Noyer (1917-1985) was one of the most sought-after portraitist painters of Paris and London high society. His oil paintings and watercolors are in prestigious museums, collections and private collections. Provenance: London Arts Group, Detroit. Dimensions: 39.25âh x 26âw (unframed).
