Patricia Urquiola For Moroso Fjord Relax Armchair Chair and Foot Stool Ottoman
Designed by Patricia Urquiola for Italian furniture manufacturer Moroso in 2002, the Fjord Relax armchair and matching foot stool are celebrated examples of contemporary European design. Inspired by the naturally sculpted form of a seashell and the dramatic inlets of the Scandinavian coastline, the Fjord collection pairs organic asymmetry with clean, architectural lines. The distinctive cutaway silhouette and decorative stitching create a bold visual statement while maintaining exceptional comfort and ergonomic support. This striking example is upholstered in vibrant red fabric with a coordinating powder-coated swivel steel base, complemented by the matching asymmetrical foot stool featuring a contrasting white upholstered top. Together, the sculptural pair offers a refined balance of form and function, making it equally suited for residential interiors, executive offices, or contemporary lounge spaces. The chair and ottoman are in good condition with just small chips to the base of the chair and a small stain on the ottoman as shown above. The chair measures 40.25 inches in height, 37.5 inches in width and 31.5 inches in depth. Additionally it has a seat height of 17 inches, seat width of 35 inches, seat depth of 20 inches and an armrest height of 23.5 inches. The foot stool measures 13.75 inches in height, 29 inches in width and 22 inches in depth.

We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
