Pair of Percival Lafer MP145 Modular Brown Leather Modular Slipper Chairs 1960s
A pair of 1960s Percival Lafer MP-145 modular slipper chairs. This is a super rare Brazilian mid-century modern set featuring a brown leather patchwork upholstery. The chair has a square cushion, with an angular back cushion which is fully removable and adjustable, allowing you to choose one of each four sides to place the back rest. The back rest inserts to the hidden slots via two flat metal rods, creating a very stable backrest. It has tagging on the underside or on the bottom of the backrest as pictured. This whole set is in fair vintage condition. It has quite a bit of distress to the leather, including some small tears. For the age, the set is in fair to good condition. Each piece measures 27 inches tall, 28 inches wide, and 30.5 inches deep. Together they are 56 inches long.
Individual chairs offered in a separate listing.
