Francisco Zuniga (1912-1998) was a celebrated Costa Rican-born Mexican artist renowned for his powerful depictions of Indigenous women through sculpture, painting, and drawing. Widely regarded as one of Latin America's most important 20th-century artists, Zuniga received Mexico's highest artistic honor, the Premio Nacional de Artes, in 1984. His work is held in major institutions including the Museum of Modern Art in Mexico City, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Hirshhorn Museum. He was also a longtime faculty member at the prestigious La Esmeralda art school in Mexico. Zuniga's expressive, timeless forms earned him international acclaim and enduring influence.

In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
