A contemporary screenprint on rolled paper. Described as an ‘object’ with compliments that cleverly documents the “Great Speckled Bird” exhibition – a collaboration with Allen Ruppersberg and Gemini G.E.L. “Folksongs, transcribed anonymously, are combined with vintage hotel stationary and screenprinted onto a player piano roll perforated into a Southern hymn of the same name.” Signed in the plate and dated 2013. Provenance: Alice Simsar Gallery, Ann Arbor. Dimensions: 4.75’h x 2”w x 2.25. In very good condition.
