Vintage 1955 Johannes Aasbjerg Danish Solid Teak Lunch Board with Hairpin Legs
A vintage 1955 lunch board by Johannes Aasbjerg. This lovely serving piece features a very mid century Danish styling with its solid teak wood construction, chic design, and black metal hairpin legs to top it off. This piece features a tapered rectangular design with a raised lip around the edge, and the most notable design detail being the painter's palette-like hand hold on the one side of the tray. The underside of this piece features the tri-leaf makers mark, as well as "Denmark Pat Pending" impressed on the end of the board. This tray is in very good vintage condition. It measures 4.25 inches tall, 36.75 inches long, and 8.25 inches wide.
