How to Register and Bid Online
- Create (or sign in to) your LiveAuctioneers account.
- Open the auction catalog and click Register for Auction.
- Once approved, you can bid in real time when the auction is live, or place absentee bids in advance.
How Bidding Works
- Live bidding: Bid in real time while lots are closing during the auction.
- Absentee bidding: Place your maximum bid ahead of time. LiveAuctioneers bids on your behalf up to your set maximum.

If you would rather not bid online on the liveauctioneer website, Le Shoppe Auction House also offers assisted phone and absentee bidding.
- First, review the current online auction items on liveauctioneer.com and write down the pieces you're interested in as well as your maximum bid.

After registering using our online bid form, you can also call our team before or during the auction and provide alternate bid amounts and thresholds. Our team will place bids on your behalf.
Phone bidding also includes a 5% discount on the buyer's premium compared to online bidding.

Payment
Payment for online bids is handled directly on LiveAuctioneers. Winning bidders are expected to pay immediately at the close of the auction, following the checkout process and payment methods available on LiveAuctioneers.

Buyer's premium
Auction purchases include a buyer's premium, which is added to your winning bid (hammer price). This means your total is not just the winning bid amount.
Online buyer's premium (27%)
Online bidding through LiveAuctioneers includes a 27% buyer's premium.
Example: If you win a lot at $1,000 online, the buyer's premium is $270, making the subtotal $1,270 (before any shipping or pickup-related costs).
Phone-bid buyer's premium discount
Phone bidding receives a 5% discount on the buyer's premium. This discount applies when you call our team and we place bids on your behalf.
Shipping and pickup costs
