A modern realist watercolor on paper titled “The mill was of course, the focal point of the community (Spring Mill, Indiana)” by American artist George David Yater. Hand signed bottom right. Created circa 1950s. Artist name and title annotated on verso. A vivid scene showcasing the architecture of a classic mill in America.
