A hand-blown studio art glass vessel by Salvatore Polizzi, dating to the 1990s and signed along the base. The piece features a rich, gold iridescent surface with shifting tones of amber, bronze, and subtle green highlights, overlaid with stylized etched foliate decoration. The iridescence creates a metallic luster that changes with angle and lighting, lending the form a jewel-like presence. The vessel is presented on a stacked glass plinth within a custom clear acrylic display case, elevating it as a sculptural object and protecting the surface from handling. The tapering conical form and delicate surface etching speak to Polizzi’s technical precision and aesthetic refinement within late-20th-century American studio glass. From a private collection. We ship world-wide and quote through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GPX, and with multiple domestic and international freight shipping companies to get you the best price on delivery, and we offer free pick-up for anyone who wants to handle their own delivery. In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery. While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
