Hand signed on the lower right with an annotation of 227/350 on the lower left.  A surreal composition centered on a mask-like, hollow face framed by dense, dark, looping lines that form hair or a headdress. Surrounding the central figure are elongated, stick-like characters engaged in ritualistic or symbolic gestures, interspersed with small circular accents that animate the warm orange background. The arrangement suggests themes of observation, myth, and collective identity. This lithograph is part of a thematic series by Salvador Dalí, reflecting his continued exploration of allegory and surrealist imagery in printmaking during the later phase of his career. Salvador Dali (1904–1989) was a Spanish painter, printmaker, and writer and a central figure of the Surrealist movement. Known for his detailed draftsmanship and dreamlike imagery, he became one of the most widely recognized artists of the twentieth century. Dali exhibited internationally throughout his career, with major retrospectives organized by institutions including the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and the Centre Pompidou, Paris. In 1982, he was granted the title Marqués de Dali de Pubol by King Juan Carlos I of Spain. His works are held in major museum collections worldwide, and the Teatro-Museo Dalí in Figueres, Spain, was established to preserve and present his legacy.
