We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all of its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com and include photos of the item, packing materials, and shipping label where applicable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or make arrangements for a freight shipper to contact you to schedule pick-up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Partial Refunds If your item is damaged in transit but you would like to retain it and explore repair and/or restoration, please email us photos of the damage, the parcel, and the label on the parcel, and we would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim on your behalf to cover the cost of the repair and/or restoration.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
