A tranquil yet surreal composition of a tree in a western landscape. Per the artist, "The landscape is what I know, it’s the only thing I’m sure of. Remove the landscape tradition from painting and you’re left with a sense of loss: it’s innately cherished by people... My work is made by hand, wrought in a soulful way. We’re only human, and we want confirmation of that." Hoefer (1948-2020) is represented throughout the U.S. in major museums and prominent collections. From a private collection. Dimensions: 83 inches tall, 57 inches wide, and 1 inch deep. In very good condition.

We ship world-wide and quote through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GPX, and with multiple domestic and international freight shipping companies to get you the best price on delivery, and we offer free pick-up for anyone who wants to handle their own delivery.
In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
